POSITION TITLE: Tech Support / Management Assistant

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: New graduate or undergraduate of any computer course
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: None Required
SKILLS: Good technical computer skills is a must.
Proficiency Microsoft word, excel etc. etc.
English fluency is an asset but not necessary.

LOCATION: Herrera Tower (corner Rufino St. & Valero St.) Salcedo Village, Makati City
STARTING SALARY: P22,000.00 / month + attractive bonus package
WORK HOURS: Full-Time Mon-Fri 9PM-6AM (Part-Time hours also available)

DUTIES: >Ensure constant stability of broadband / VOIP connection.
>Correspond with broadband / VOIP service provider tech support.
>Prepare, edit & print worksheets in excel format.
>Help answer inbound Customer Service calls when required.
