;D We weren't really sure if the ama officials would give a green light despite the short notice that's why we're very glad everything went well..
In summary this are the things that the team did:
1. Got authorization from OSA Director William dela Cruz. He was glad to hear about the project as well as Ms. Sharon of Admissions.
2. Consulted Dr. Calimlim and had positive response from him. He also taught the essence of taking a high priority on "KINDS" except of "funds".
3. Got authorization from the deans of 3 major departments(cs, coE and eng'ng) .. [tip: never put mrs. on maam magaling's name when making formal documents]
4. Got authorization from school director, Mrs. Balon. SHe was also pleased with the kind of initiative that the graduating students are trying to pull off.
5. Borrowed a board for banners in the Maintenance office. Mr. Rilveria was very supportive.
6. Made written banners and advertisement board with colored chalks(by Morris).. Logo: "Help the Victims of typhoon Reming"
