Anyway, go roshan! haha the disappearance of the aegis was fair because of the big advantage a dominating team can posses because of that item. oh well, blood stone rocks for int type..hehe

well, alot of strats changed since the disappearance of
aegis in the shops.. I didn't like the wards cooldown too..
(guess most of us do..) makes me buy gems more..
I like the cuirass although it's expensive.. finally a
hyperstone in a recipe.. hopefuly, new senti characters that
are easier to use than Meepo.. ;D

who would have thought such a small change would yield dramatic results. The creation of cuirass and blood as well the other recently added items added quirks to the strategy..not changed them. Removal of Aegis as a standard lategame item has however turned the world of DoTA inside out.
The only characters who weren't truly affected were image heroes who don't benefit from cuirass and hood. Removal of aegis and rapier obviously won't affect them much either. So just how many real image heroes are there?
1. Slithice
2. Azwraith
3. Terrorblade
4. Spectre
5. Nessaj
Hmm... that's all. And that represents only a miniscule portion of the character roster.
Medusa for one can't rely on Radiance that much anymore. Now, Mjollinir seem like a waaay better option. And Aegis/Rapier for her is definitely a no now.

I'm sure you are aware I've been collecting replays of our DoTA games.
Other than using them for a guide on the way, I also keep them for sentimental purposes. And for that I wish to share them with you guys.
I'll be posting download links for the replays soon. You guys just wait.
