Hmm.... I'm cool with this! But do we get the ride-all-rides-all-you-can package? Cuz that's way cooler? Or do we get to ride specific rides only? Looking forward to inputs from everyone guys... thanks! Oh yeah, like Sharpy said... make sure you have your leaves scheduled as early as this second... PLEASE!!!! It's simply not excusable that you can't attend at such a long notice.  |

if less people came. carrying the bus fee would be a hard burden for those few that would come. i dont know if sharing a bus to an unknown set of people would be safe.
so keen give us a break down of the expenses. doing so we can actually have an idea how much the total cost would be if less people came.
how much actually is the rent for the bus for a 12hr trip? 24-25 people = P400 or P10k(25*400) for a roundtrip
food is 24-25 x 250 = 6250 or that wasnt food expenses because you specified P250(misc) in the picture
entrance i think would be individual(P850) - or is this a 24-25 people discount offer too?
because i know your in CDO right now because of your seminar i wont rush stuff(you have 17 days and counting by the way to reply)
questions:
1. is my calculation for the bus fee correct?
2. is the food expenses included or is it planned to be bring your own?
3. is P850 entrance a fixed price or a group discounted price?
4. if the answer to 3 is yes. then what is the minimum number of people needed for the discount to be in effect?
suggestion as of this moment(summary):

Right! Okay! Before I start speaking farking German.....
The entrance is mostly feasible as well as the transpo. And all the optional stuff sounds mehhh. Don't think I'd like em. I'd stick with Space Shuttle 3 times in a row. But the transpo is what worries me a bit. From the looks of it, here are the only ones who would actually come:
CONFIRMED:
1. Keen (duh?!)
2. Marvin
CONFIRMED BUT NOTORIOUS FOR NOT SHOWING UP:
1. Julius
2. Liam
3. Bigornia
4. Yamutz
5. Yammzzzz
IN DOUBTS:
1. Leo
2. Lhords
So all in all, those who might come as of now are: 5. That brings up the transpo a notch which isn't good. The solution we have left should less that 10 people come is if we either commute or look for an alternative transportation?
THOSE WHO WON'T COME:
1. Gem
2. Joseph
3. Ramil
So that means, we have to go look for another transpo by now. Anymore alternatives keen?

The shuttle will go to ayala REGARDLESS how many are present. 2. is the food expenses included or is it planned to be bring your own? hmm.. i believe food is not allowed to be brought in EK so we have to buy food there which is app. P89(lunch) and p89(dinner). 3. is P850 entrance a fixed price or a group discounted price? - that is a regular weekend price. cari and ayie are thinking about it. they are going with mark's sister on 23rd just so you know. well he's thinking it would be nice if they come with the rest but 1.5k is just too heavy in cari's point of view. better try and talk to him before the 23rd(14days and counting)
so transpo issue is resolved. we are commuting. \(^-^)/
then food issue is also resolved. we are buying inside. \(^-^)/
say that we didnt come on a weekend which more people would actually come. how much would that be? isnt it supposed to be weekend = more people then more people = higher entrance fee. i did remember that the ice skate entrance fee was higher on the weekends.
ok. so there is a promo on a weekday? then leaves could be set on a weekday right?
lords for example wants it to be on a thursday or friday.
gem and joseph wants it to be tuesday.
can we plan this on another day? like a weekday? then schedule leaves on that day. doing that.
cari and arlyn might come because its a lower price then they might actually reconsider it.
